We want to count you as a satisfied customer! We stand behind all saddles we sell and offer a 2 week money back guarantee, from date of receipt of saddle.
A returned saddle will be unused and will not have any scratches or scuff marks, nor dirt or horse hair on the underskirt. The refund, if any, for a returned saddle not in this condition will be determined by SaddleBuy.com. SaddleBuy.com will not accept any returns unless we first issue an RMA number. Please call (661) 363-9119 for all returns.
Return Fees:
A 20% return fee will be charged on all returned saddles. This fee is based on the cost of your saddle, less Paypal processing charges.
Any additional shipping charges such as priority or overseas charges, including return shipping are not refundable.
Exchanges:
Unused saddles eligible for exchange will not have any scratches or scuff marks, nor dirt or horse hair on the underskirt, and can be exchanged within two weeks of receipt for another of similar value. Free shipping is not available on exchanged saddles. The actual shipping fee to send the new saddle will be charged. Please call (661) 363-9119 for any exchanges.
Defective Items and Warranty Work:
If you receive a defective saddle or need warranty work, Saddlebuy.com will either repair the saddle or replace the item with the same model number, color and size. Warranty work is performed through the manufacturer and must be within the manufacturer's specified warranty period.
Secure Ordering and your Privacy:
We offer online secure ordering and credit card processing through Paypal. All credit card numbers are collected throught the Paypal credit processing system and are not made available to Saddlebuy.com.
We do not collect any information about our customers to be sold or lended to a third party. We may occasionally send out flyers or informational emails to active customers.
